Catholic Sticker In case of an Emergency

Sometimes we may find ourselves in unexpected medical emergencies, where, as Catholics, we would desire to have the presence of a priest to administer rites.
There are cards some carry with them in their wallets, so that in case an emergency arise people will know what to do.
I created a sticker as an alternative to the card, you can just peel off the backing and attach it to any surface. 

This sticker is 4 inches in size, made of vinyl and laminated with a weatherproof overlay, making it suitable for any surfaces, including those exposed to sunlight and rain.
